Nassau & Paradise Island

Nassau/Paradise Island Port of CallLocated on the island of New Providence, which is just 21 miles long and seven miles wide, Nassau is also the cosmopolitan and bustling capital city of The Islands of the Bahamas. Off the northeast corner of New Providence lies aptly named Paradise Island, which protects Nassau’s harbor along a three-mile stretch. Linked to Nassau by two bridges, the 685-acre Paradise Island has been developed with amenities, hotels, resorts, restaurants and shops.

Tracing its heritage back to the days of pirates, Nassau has a colorful history that has been beautifully preserved in its colonial cathedrals, fortresses and mansions. Even to a casual observer, the British influence is easy to see.

These beautiful islands lie at the very heart of the Bahamas and contain over 70 per cent of the population. Visitors are welcomed with an authentic blend of culture, experience and sunshine.
